Breathwork

During breathwork you intentionally change your breathing pattern.

 

There are many forms of breathwork therapy that involve breathing in a conscious and systematic way. Many people find breathwork promotes deep relaxation or leaves them feeling energized.  Here at The Wellbeing Girl we embed breathwork into our programmes as we acknowledge that the work happens on a mind and body level, we work with the breath to support the reprogramming of the neural pathway to ensure these changes are deeper and longer-term.
