About Us

As Practitioners and Wellness Coaches, we have had our fair share of struggles and have visited a whole host of different therapists and therapies.

Through our experiences we felt a real lack of 'whole picture' holistic approach to supporting people with their mental health and also mind, body and spirit. The model of Co-Active coaching is a unique programme that we've adopted to coach like no other, with no "finish line" but instead a lifelong commitment and leadership journey to find authentic purpose and the true self.

Spiritually, physically, emotionally, and mentally we create our path to true enlightenment of the self, bringing together all aspects of your health that talks to all parts of you with every person's journey distinctive.

Our mission is... to inspire you to be the change you wan to see in the world

Our vision is... to empower you to be the best version of yourself that you can be, every second, every minute of every day.

So that's us, our personal experience enables us to be relatable people to work with you to overcome your anxieties or experiences as we have been where you are and have stood in your shoes. If you think we could help you become the best version you, then please do get in touch we would love to hear from you and welcome you into one of our programmes.

Natalie Davis, Founder

Our founder, Natalie grew up in a small town in Oxfordshire. Since I was a young girl I always struggled to identify who she was and understand her place in the world.

In her struggle to find her way she tackled with OCD, anxiety and depression and visited a whole host of different therapists. She's very fortunate to have found an amazing CBT specialist but unfortunately not everyone is so lucky.

The majority of individuals we speak to aren't able to navigate the system and therefore aren't able to gain the support they need. She wondered who else was feeling the same.

Meet the team

She felt a real lack of a holistic approach to supporting people not with one aspect of their mental health but looking at the whole picture - mind, body and spirit. This is when she found Co-Active coaching.

Co-Active coaching, is coaching like no other key principles are built in the fact that there is no “finish line.” We are all on a lifelong leadership journey, and every person’s journey is unique to them. Co-Active is a contextual lens to experience this journey from different orientations. Co-Active helped her to stretch her sightline, get out of her comfort zone, and grow along the way. It helped me to understand her own journey. Through her own personal coaching journey I was able to reconnect with herself - my values, wants and desires. I started to visualise who she was and what I truly wanted out of life.

Our personal experience enables us to relate person and work with you to overcome your issues as I have been where you are and stood in your shoes. If you think our team could help you, then please do get in touch I would love to hear from you and welcome you into one of our programmes.

Our ethos is that change starts with you. No one has your beginning, your present and will have your future and that's truly special!

Favourite Quotes

I don't have a favourite one of anything.

We are continuously evolving and changing. That's the purpose of life: change and progression. Only what's dead doesn't change. Therefore my today's favourite is very likely to be different from my tomorrow-version-of-me's favourite or next month's... I lived so many lives in one.

Top 3 books:

Some of the books that changed my life look to me quite basic now, as I progressed and learned.

Don't judge yourself or others for the point they are at on their path.

There are countless books I read and gave me so much but this one is one of the first ones and still the notions are so valid and useful:

"The code of the extraordinary mind. Vishen Lakhiani". By the way I am a fan of podcasts.

My #1 rule regarding books: knowledge (reading) is useless if you don't integrate it into your life by acting on it!

What do I do at The wellbeing Girl & the wellbeing generation:
I am the in-house astrologer.

A chart speaks objectively of you, your kharma and dharma, your Soul purpose.
It does it through archetypes, which are very easy to understand and take in for everyone.

You can get clarity around repetitive patterns, blockages and what are the best ways that are unique to you to overcome that.

It is such a powerful tool that accelerates the coaching process fast forward.

What's your background:

I have an addiction to learning and improving myself.

That's why it is so effective for others too: I integrated all of my knowledge through experience.
I integrate and use different tools:
I have a deep connection with my body (yoga, tantra, breathwork, dancing, movement and I am learning bodywork),
Spirit (akashic records, meditation, channelling, reiki),
Mind (NLP, neuroscience, psychology, counselling, philosophy).

What are the values that drive you:
Expansion
Connection (deep)
Freedom
Inner Peace
Integrity (actions speak more than words)
Communication and authenticity

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working
I have my daily practice around movement, dancing, yoga, meditation, social dance, travelling and exploring: nature and cultures (I live in Indonesia now and have lived in different Counties around the world), dancing events of different kinds, mystical rituals, music, writing (I am writing a book and I have been journaling daily for the last 17 years), food and sharing it with friends, nurturing and having an intellectual interchange with my friends, creating new connections, learning and learning more.
