Prana Yoga
During this breathwork and movement yoga session you will be guided to create safety in your body, we explore which areas of your body you are holding onto tension and stuck and trapped emotion and support you to release this in a safe and supportive space.
Here at the well-being girl we embed breathwork into our programmes as we acknowledge that the work happens on a mind and body level, we work with the breath to support the re programming of neural pathway to ensure these changes are deeper and longer term.
